Overview

As the sole designer in a team of developers working on the Toimitukset app for Kesko's clients, my role was to lead the design process from concept to implementation. By collaborating closely with the development team, I ensured that the app met the needs of Kesko's B2B logistics operations while delivering a seamless user experience.

Part 1: Concept Design

Steps
  • Analyzed existing logistic processes and identified pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Brainstormed with the team to conceptualize features and functionalities that would streamline shipment and order management.
Findings
  • Discovered the need for a centralized platform to track shipments, manage orders, and communicate with clients effectively.
  • Identified the importance of real-time updates and notifications to keep clients informed about the status of their orders.

Part 2: User Experience Design
