As the sole designer in a team of developers working on the Toimitukset app for Kesko's clients, my role was to lead the design process from concept to implementation. By collaborating closely with the development team, I ensured that the app met the needs of Kesko's B2B logistics operations while delivering a seamless user experience.
Part 1: Concept Design
Steps
- Analyzed existing logistic processes and identified pain points and opportunities for improvement.
