Hallintasovellus

Omaolo is a digital channel for regional social and health services, reaching over 4,5 million users in Finland. The core of Omaolo is symptom assessments that help citizens to digitally assess the need and urgency for medical care, and that give national, science-based medical guidance as well as regional instructions and regionally defined access to care based on the assessment results. Hallintasovellus is the administrative tool of Omaolo with a modern web interface for managing user rights, organisations, and service controls. Main responsibilities included designing new features and managing design system for the Hallintasovellus with Service Designer as my work pair.
